Trace elements zinc and silicon have the greatest effect on collagen-III levels (7 times compared to intact skin), while pure HA leads to a 2.5-fold increase in collagen – I.

An increase in the concentration of the p53 protein is found in rapidly dividing (proliferating) cells, which indicates the preparation of the cell for a quick response to possible DNA damage. The activated p53 protein suppresses the transcription of several genes. Genes, whose transcription is stimulated by p53, encode protein components of the apoptotic program and proteins that regulate the cell cycle.
