Then, ask yourself how well you did. If you made lots of mistakes or had a difficult time, do the exercise 3 more times. When you can complete the exercise at 50 BPM without problems (no mistakes, you feel good about it, you don't feel rushed) increase the BPM by 10.

Now, do the exercise at 60 BPM 2-5 times (and so on).

When you can complete each of these exercises at at least 80 BPM, start thinking about moving on to the next exercise.

In the end, you should be able to do each exercise at 100 BPM or faster.
