8. Any declaration to another individual(s) that is disloyal, degrading, or defamatory of the company, its officers, or its employees.

9. Failure to treat any employee, client employee, or client as an individual.

10. Any behavi(:r, j)ublic or private, that detracts from the ethical and professional reputation oft Ic company.
