Treyvaud’s. $$$ EUROPEAN FAMILY Step behind the Victorian arched facade here and you’ll discover a buzzing contemporary restaurant, masterminded by the two Treyvaud brothers, that features classic Irish dishes (fish cakes, sausages, or bacon and cabbage, for example) with a continental twist. The interior is simple—pine floorboards, wood-beam ceiling, lines of red-back chairs—so the food takes center stage. Known for: game in winter (wild boar, pheasant, quail); bacon and cabbage; homemade fish cakes. Average main: €25 62 High St. 064/663–3062 www.treyvaudsrestaurant.com.
