What if His Majesty is down with some regular illness, and they’re claiming it was poisoning...? Estelle felt like it was a bit of a stretch. But the thought gave her goose bumps. The more she thought about things, the less she knew what was true and what she should believe in.

The one thing she was completely certain about was that she was in extreme danger. If Arcrayne were to be killed in secret, Estelle would surely be next.

She didn’t want to think that an Awoken like him could be killed so easily, but it was probably better to mentally prepare for the worst.

It was scary, however.
