Princeton smiled as he opened the door on his Phantom and helped her get in. She always thought she’d want to ride in the back seat of a Phantom, but being in the front was just as exciting. Mira couldn’t believe they were going on their first official date. Honestly, she couldn’t believe that things were even playing out for them this way. When everything first went down with Chris, her pride made her believe a man of Princeton’s caliber wouldn’t want to have anything to do with her. What did she have to offer him? But he was showing her on a daily basis that she had more than she thought she did to offer… because all he wanted was her heart.

Since Mira didn’t know where they were going, she dressed simply in a black, form-fitting midi dress with long sleeves. It was Fall, but in Memphis, it could still feel like summer some days. Since she figured it would be a bit chillier when Princeton took her back to the hotel, she decided to put on a dress that had long sleeves and hoped the heat wouldn’t be blasting wherever he was taking her. She’d put a few loose-flowing curls in her hair and did her full face for a change. Princeton was so appreciative of her appearance when he first arrived that they had a quickie against the wall.

Now that they were finally heading out, Mira’s excitement had returned.

It was the first time in a really long time that she was looking forward to a date. Looking forward to getting to know a man. She couldn’t help but look over at him as the thought crossed her mind.

“Can I have a hint on where you’re taking me?”

Princeton nodded, cutting the Marvin Gaye that was playing in the background down. “I’ll just tell you. Since we haven’t really talked about our likes and dislikes, I figured our first date can revolve around that. I didn’t want to put some shit together that you wouldn’t like, so I have a few people coming to the house for something I set up.”

That sounded simple enough… but Mira wasn’t nearly as prepared for Princeton’s elaborate date as she thought she was. The house itself caught her off guard first with its two stories and nine bedrooms. On top of that, Smoke had brought in people to offer every service she could think of. From Mira receiving a manicure and pedicure along with a massage to a guitar player that serenaded them while they were served by a professional chef followed by a private designer coming in that allowed Mira to try on exclusive designer clothes.

By the time she was done, she’d spent sixty thousand dollars, and he barely blinked as he handed her his card.
