Interview with Marnie Farrell

On January 7, 20xx, I met with Marnie Farrell to discuss an alleged incident between Rebecca Cranston and Jorge Lopez. According to Rebecca, Marnie was in the lunchroom on January 5, when the incident occurred (see memo to file, January 5, 20xx).

I asked Marnie if she was in the lunchroom on January 5 with Rebecca and Jorge. She said that she was. She told me that Lucas Owens and Bob Stevens were also there, but no one else was present.

I asked her if she saw Rebecca open the refrigerator and heard Jorge make a comment. She said, “I saw her open the door, and I heard him say something but I don’t know what because I was on my cell phone.” When I asked her what happened after Jorge made the comment, Marnie said, “Rebecca slammed the refrigerator door and left the room. Jorge said, ‘I’m just kidding; don’t be mad,’ but Rebecca didn’t say anything, she just left.”

Based on this interview, I will follow up and interview Bob Stevens and reinterview Lucas Owens.
