Lisa:

I dreamed of Patrick that night.

I was in his examination room. The one with the medical table, complete with stirrups and straps. Neat shelves contained the supplies to give me an enema, or to open up my pussy or my anus with a speculum, to examine my insides with anal thermometers and probes.
