Sharing my London experiences with Giordan.

Dear Giordan,

What a wonderful letter. I am thrilled to have all your news – so much packed into six months! I love London too – all of those marvellous experiences you enjoyed. I lived there when I was in my early twenties with my little baby Michael (now 44) and my daughter Revelyn was born there. We had very happy times living in Richmond Green where Henry VIII jousted and now they play cricket. I always go back there when I have a chance. Soon we will be going to the Royal Wedding. I have had several meetings with Prince William but I haven’t met Kate yet. On the way we will be marking Anzac Day at Hellfire Pass.

I am delighted to know that you are involved in so many fantastic activities.

It’s important to grab every opportunity, that is how you discover what you’re good at and what you love doing most. The camping will be great. I am mad about the bush. It is re-energising for me. Your school sounds excellent and so do your lizards!
