3 tbsp. of soft butter

1 tsp. of orange zest

1 tbsp. of Grand Marnier

½ tsp. of pure vanilla

1/8 tsp. of salt

1 cup of cherries, blueberries and strawberries, mixed together

Crème fraiche, for garnish
