Now one of the principles of the feminine is harmony, so with my spiritual center I didn’t want to create a place where everyone is closed off, shut down, or uptight. I mean, who wants that? So from the beginning I tried to encourage people to speak from their awareness itself and out of their ego in order to connect with each other on a common ground that was more true being and basic goodness. It was amazing that it actually worked, and as a result people take responsibility for their own stuff and so our sangha is very loving and full of tremendous joy.
