Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups macaroni or penne

4 cups milk

3 Tbsp butter

1 cup Parmesan cheese

ground pepper black or white

a pinch of nutmeg

1/4 cup bread crumbs

a pinch of paprika

Instructions:

Boil pasta in milk with a pinch of salt for about 15 minutes. Be careful because milk can boil. When the pasta is ready and using up most of the milk, add butter, parmesan, black pepper and nutmeg to the pan. Stir until butter and cheese are mixed together.
