Directions:

Marinate the chicken in teriyaki marinade for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Combine all of the dressing components in a small tub. And chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Place all of the ingredients for Pico de Gallo in a small bowl. And chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Fire the grill and cook the chicken breast on the burner either side or until cooked, for 5 minutes, chopped into pieces.

Start throwing in the lettuce and cabbage in a big salad bowl.

Add the Pico de Gallo, pineapple, dressing, and tortilla chips.

Add the grilled chicken strips. Toss, and serve.
