Facilitate Attribute Review

To review attributes, review the entire attribute group, not just a single attribute. For example, if the team assumed users would use smartphones, and the analysis challenges that assumption, review the entire attribute group associated with devices (Figure 12-15). To better review and discuss laptops instead of phones, the team needs to see how users interact with all devices. Likewise, for attributes that reveal unknown needs, review the entire, relevant attribute group to share more context with the team, so they can understand and evaluate your analysis.
