If there were nothing standing in your way, what would your next step be?
Description:
Removing the barriers to success can liberate the coachees thinking around a goal. Many times we are blocked by real and perceived issues. Freeing ourselves from these constraints can help to open the mind to a more growth-orientated way of thinking. Asking a question where the constraints are removed enables the coachee to look at the solution head-on without obstacles and then enable them to work back to where they are now. The obstacles that arise are removed as they work backwards.
