I don’t know that we’ll make it out of the driveway, much less our destination. Callie foregoes the passenger seat of my truck, and slides over to the middle, tucking herself under my arm. It’s been so long since I’ve just held her like this, and it reminds me of our first day together, and how she fell asleep on the way into town. I think I knew then that I’d never let her go.

I must be squeezin’ her a little tight because Callie tilts her beautiful face up to look at me. I pause at the bottom of the driveway and give her my full attention. Her brown eyes shine in the soft light from the dash.

“I love you,” she says.

Enchanted, I dip down to kiss her sweet lips.

We could so easily make love right here, especially with her in that dress. Wouldn’t take nothin’ to haul her onto my lap and tear those pretty tights open.

She moans against my mouth as though she knows the direction of my thoughts.

We could make love here, but I want more than this. I want to linger over the taste of her—not just her mouth or breasts or pussy, but all of her. I want to kiss my way down her back and leave bite marks on her ass. I want her spread out naked on a bed with nothing but hours and hours in front of us.

Breaking the kiss, I hang a left.

“Love you, too, baby girl.” I rasp.
