SHUTTLE To reach the put-in from Paradise, drive north on US 441 a short distance to SR 121. Continue north on SR 121 to Chastain-Seay Park, on the northwest side of the river. The park has a boat ramp under the SR 121 bridge. To reach the takeout from High Springs, take US 441 north across the Santa Fe River to O’Leno State Park and a boat launch inside the park.
GAUGE Visual, Web. This run is recommended only in winter after heavy rains. The USGS gauge helpful in determining flow rates for any given time period is the Santa Fe River at Worthington Springs, Florida.
