GINGERBREAD ITALIAN BUTTER CREAM

2 tablespoons fancy molasses

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

COFFEE ITALIAN BUTTER CREAM

2 tablespoons espresso powder combined with 1 tablespoon hot water to create a coffee paste

CHOCOLATE ITALIAN BUTTER CREAM

1 teaspoon pure vanilla

½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted and cooled

Custard Butter Cream

This butter cream takes on a slightly fuller flavor with the addition of the custard powder and is wonderful in combination with chocolate, but I also think it would be quite lovely paired with something fruity like Strawberry Cupcakes.
