173. Greek Chicken (Maybe)

Ingredients

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

salt and ground black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

20 pitted kalamata olives

20 red seedless grapes

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup orange muscat wine

Direction

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to season. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Place chicken breasts in hot oil and cook for about 5 minutes total until both sides have golden brown color. Stir in grapes, olives and garlic; cook for 1 minute, remember to stir while cooking. Add feta cheese on top of chicken. Add in wine and bring to a boil. Cook, covered for about another 5 minutes until cheese is fully melted and the amount of sauce is reduced by half.
