Trash Tree

DIMENSIONS: 33' h x 29½' w (tree); 6" w x 13" h x 6" d (individual birdhouses)

ENTRANCE HOLES: approximately 1½"

The Trash Tree took two weeks to construct, and is composed of old door frames, broomsticks, Dambo’s neighbor’s old bedroom floor, the leg from a bed, and other used wood pieces. The individual birdhouses are made from plywood that had been used as a dance floor at a music festival.

MOST LIKELY INHABITANTS: sparrows

DIMENSIONS: 7½" w x 9" h x 5" d

ENTRANCE HOLES: approximately 2"

The birdhouses are constructed of plywood, and the windows and the birds on the front of each house were made with stencils.
