We're to come before them today to make our case. Elora was suspended from her job indefinitely for performing magic while they were open for business.

Which is complete and utter bullshit, ‘cause the fucking werewolves started it. What was she supposed to do?

Regardless, she merely hung her head and accepted that punishment. Even though she didn't have a choice, and she waited until the mortals were gone from the building to do anything magical.

It isn't fair. And none of us plan on keeping quiet about it. No matter how much that angers our mate.

Not wise in the overall scheme of getting her to forgive us for continuously speaking over her, I know. But it is necessary. Elora loves her job.

She can't lose it because of us.

Not when she might already lose her coven because she's mated to us. Finding us shouldn't be a bad thing. The goddess doesn't make mistakes, after all. This should be a blessing.
