Onion rings are crispy and soft and go well with all kinds of drinks.

Serving Size: 4

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 onion, chopped

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg

1 cup milk

1 cup breadcrumbs

Oil to fry

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pot.

Add the flour, salt, pepper and baking powder to a bowl and mix.

Pour the milk and egg into another bowl and whisk.

Spread the bread crumbs over a plate.

First, roll the onion in the flour mixture and dip it in the milk mixture.

Roll in the bread crumbs and fry till golden.

Serve and enjoy.
