Evidence of John Snow’s complicity in the statutory declaration

My greatest concern in this matter was that John Snow had caused Ernest Hunter to make the statutory declaration. I wanted to show his involvement in order to discredit Ernest Hunter’s evidence, and also in the hope that I might cause charges to be laid against him as a party to what was clearly a criminal offence by Hunter. The witnesses in this regard were to be these:

Tina Fox would testify that Hunter had told her he had been hired by John Snow to keep an eye on people at the administration building.

Greg Twoyoungmen would testify that Gardiner Poucette had given Hunter a garbage collection job that should have been publicly posted but was given to Hunter at the direction of Chief Snow.

Lawrence Twoyoungmen would testify that he spoke to John Snow and suggested he back off on his efforts to get rid of me and that Snow had gotten very angry at the suggestion.

Bill McLean would testify that John Snow had had a petition taken to have me removed, and that when they asked McLean to sign it he refused and had others who had signed it take their names off.
