Chapter 12

Two days later, Angelina sat naked under the bright lights in Dr. Matt Richards’ Exam Room 2. Her Daddy was right by her side as Dr. Richards began to examine her. The big, muscular orthopedic surgeon had a private practice in his home several days a week to treat the growing community of age play Littles. Dr. Richards had searched for his own Little for many years before finding Zoey. The caring doctor cherished his Little girl. Zoey was playing in the waiting room while Angelina had her exam so that the two Littles could play together. Angelina had lots of questions to ask Zoey. Things she couldn’t ask her Daddy.

“Open your mouth please, Angelina,” Dr. Richards requested. He examined her mouth and throat making her say, Ahhhhhh, as he looked down her throat. Peering also into her eyes and ears, Dr. Richards instructed Angelina to roll over onto her tummy.

Angelina watched unhappily as Dr. Richards fitted gloves onto his large hands and scooped up a glob of lubricant on a finger. He spread the lubricant on a large thermometer before scooping up some additional slippery mixture to apply to Angelina’s anus. She tightened her muscles automatically as his finger began to dip into her rectum. “None of that, young lady,” Dr. Richards warned. “Relax your muscles. I know your Daddy would hate to redden your bottom again, but he will have to if you don’t cooperate.” Dr. Richards continued pressing his finger in deep and rubbing the lubricant around inside of her. He patted her small bottom fondly. “It looks like you’ve already had a good spanking this morning. What did you do? You were resisting coming to see me, were you?” He chuckled as the small figure hid her face against the padded exam table. “Zoey would have been very sad if you hadn’t come to play with her.” He removed his finger and pressed the thermometer deep into her bottom. Both men looked at each other when she moaned deeply. Paul nodded at the doctor.

“Angelina resists having things in her bottom. I’m finding that two or three fingers planted deep in her bottom are a punishment that gets her attention quickly,” Paul informed the doctor as if this was a normal practice. He smiled as Angelina’s ears turned red indicating that she was blushing furiously.

“Very good. You two are getting to know each other,” Dr. Richards observed. “Angelina’s rectum is narrow. Have you noticed that she is having any trouble with her bowel movements?” Angelina’s blush increased.

“We were going to ask you about this problem today. Angelina has difficulty pooping in general. She’s resistant from using her diaper, but I’ve discovered that her tummy does not empty itself well. The first enema I treated her with resulted in a large expulsion of poop. She often has a rumbly tummy. I’ve given her a cleansing enema followed by a warm water rinse for the last three days. Her attitude and her tummy trouble have improved greatly.”

“Yes, a grumpy attitude is often a good indicator that a Little needs a thorough cleansing.
