PRINCE2 Agile does not categorize projects as being either ‘agile’ or ‘not agile’: it is more concerned with the degree to which they have adopted agile.

The final two guidance points underpin the need to understand agile and how it should be applied. PRINCE2 Agile sees agile as a collection of various practices and not just one framework or belief system (see section 5.1). On any project you will be able to use agile in some form. Some contexts will lend themselves to being highly suitable for agile, whereas others may be less so.
