Move both feet into a north facing sparring type stance. Perform a left sided double outside block with your forearm.

Complete a version two round style kick.

Shift your right foot over toward the left one. Complete a left sided reverse style side kick.

Ki-hap: Find yourself in a middle type stance before initiating a raised back-fist style blow with the left arm in a northern direction.

Face the west before rotating the right foot toward the right about 90 degrees to assume a front facing stance. Perform a right sided lowered blow.
