1 cup breadcrumbs

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ tablespoon oregano

¼ teaspoon dried rosemary

2 eggs, whisked

Directions

Preheat Air Fryer to a temperature of 400°F (200°C).

In a platter add bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and rosemary, mix well.

Dip each zucchini slice into egg then roll out into breadcrumbs mixture.

Place into fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.

Serve!
