Nutmeg Burgers

Ingredients:

14 ounces beef, minced

2 tablespoons ham, chopped

1 tablespoon chives, chopped

1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

1 leek, chopped

3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Salt and black pepper to the taste

Directions:

In a bowl, mix the beef with ham, chives, nutmeg, leek, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs, stir, shape into 4 burgers patties, place them in your air fryer and cook at 400°F for 8 minutes, flipping them halfway.

Divide between the plates and serve with a slaw on the side.
