“Why am I’m always picking you up from these vacant apartments, I swear it don’t look like the first soul stay in these run down looking shits?” Rock questioned with a confused look on his face as we were pulling into the oncoming traffic.

“They're not run down, a matter of fact an elderly couple stay there as well. It may not be all high class and elegant like what you live in, but it’s home. Stop asking me crazy questions and assuming things Rock. I live in a one-bedroom alone. I consider myself a loner because you’re basically the only person I talk to.”

“I’m just saying Ma, I really feel like deep down you’re keeping something from me and it don’t have to be like that. If anything, you should feel comfortable to tell me anything. If that’s really the spot where you live then why don’t you ever invite me in? Or why you always stand out on the corner ready to be picked up like you’re waiting at the bus stop. I’m not saying you’re being dishonest about anything, but I’m usually a good judge of character, and I feel like you’re keeping a lot of important information away from me that could be detrimental to our flourishing relationship. Just let me know right now if you have anything you keeping from me because once trust is gone, it’s hard to get back. Especially mine.” He snarled with finality with his lips curled. Seeing how hard his hands were gripping his steering wheel, I heard his knuckles pop loudly, indicating he was really feeling some type of way. I didn’t know how long I could keep up this little façade but the way Rock and Nate were reading me, it’s like my thoughts were an open book and very much translucent.

“Rock I promise there is nothing more or nothing less about me you don’t already know. You’re just overthinking.” Feeling my nerves get a little jittery, I knew I needed to calm down because I didn’t need to have an anxiety attack. Any type of unnecessary stress could set me off, and I didn’t need that right now, but I always had a problem with letting things get to me.

“Ok, I believe you, now that that’s out the way I have someone I want you to meet. Don’t come asking who it is just sit back and relax. I got this gut feeling you’re going to be around for a long time, so I’m getting this little meeting over with. Licking his full juicy lips, Rock gave me a sexy smirk as he rubbed his hand up and down my thigh causing goosebumps to pop up instantly by his comforting touch. His warm touch sent shudders through my juice box, making me squirm in my seat. Wearing a Prada Sundress, I had snuck in my purse to change into once I was out of Nate’s presence, my smooth toffee-colored legs were exposed. I knew once I got up, Rock’s peanut butter smooth seat in his Aston Martin was going to have a small puddle in it.
