The Lannister family is often seen having soup. One such soup being the oxtail soup. This soup is popular in South Asian countries and made using fresh oxtail.

Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

2 lb oxtail, chopped

2 onions, chopped

2 potatoes, chopped

1 beetroot, chopped

2 carrots, chopped

2 celery sticks, chopped

2 tablespoons garlic, chopped

1 tablespoon thyme

1 large bay leaf

4 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon horseradish

5 cups water

Salt and pepper to taste
