› Lift the heel of your left foot and rotate your ankle clockwise eight times while keeping your toes on the floor. Switch direction and rotate counterclockwise eight times. Switch feet and repeat.

NECK/HEAD ROLLING

› Initiate the head movement by drawing circles with your nose in a clockwise direction eight times. Switch directions and repeat eight times. This movement warms up the joint between the head and the neck.

SHOULDER ROLLING

› Roll your shoulders back, down, forward, and up for eight repetitions. Be sure to move the shoulders through the full range of motion even if you’re just focusing on one direction.
