Sew Gusset And Side Panels Together

Lightly spray-block each piece before sewing together, blocking each piece so shorter sides of triangles are equal to sides of gusset.

Sew the center gusset panel to the side triangles, following the schematic at left. Note that the widest side of the triangle is where you started (Side A), this side forms the bottom “V” of the large, triangular shawl. Sides B and C are the same length.
