Simple ring base: Take an 18-gauge 10” piece of wire and make a small p-loop on one end.

Make a small-medium coil on the other end and leave the middle straight.

Now wrap the middle part of it around something round that fits your rings (like a nail polish bottle or a marker etc.), ensuring that the coil and the p-loop end up near one another.

Hook the p-loop to the coil base and secure the wire wrap. Bend the coil down to form a ring top.

Now you’ve got a flat base you can attach a gem prong base to or a clay piece or anything else to decorate it. The best thing about these rings is that they fit all sizes and can even be worn on their own too.
