RND 2: With CC4, ch 1, *[fphdc around next hdc, ch 1] 4 times, fphdc around next hdc, sc in each sc across to next csh; rep from * around, sl st in first fphdc to join, change to CC2.

RND 3: With CC2, ch 1, *[sk next fphdc, spike sc in next corresponding ch-1 sp 2 rows below] twice, 3 sc in next fphdc (corner made), [sk next fphdc, spike sc in next corresponding ch-1 sp 2 rows below] twice, sk next fphdc, sc in each sc across to next corner; rep from * around, sl st in first sc to join, change to MC.

RND 4: With MC, ch 1, sc in each sc around, working 3 sc in each corner, sl st in first sc to join, fasten off.
