Blake’s cock twitched, and he had to take another sip of his

coffee to ease his suddenly dry throat before responding. “Oh, I don’t

Ty met his eyes for the first time since they’d entered the kitchen,

Blake raised an eyebrow and set his mug down. “You didn’t have

Ty didn’t say anything immediately. Instead, he smiled while

answered. “Nah, I’m not going to deny it. Kind of hard to after the

scene last night.” Ty shrugged and finished his toast and started in on

finished his shower and shaved. “Well, let’s hear what kind of

Ty finished the slice of bacon he’d been chewing. “It didn’t take

very long to figure out what I could make for breakfast. I’m not all that

great in the kitchen, but I can make a mean breakfast.”

“That you can,” Blake agreed, finishing the last of his hash

browns.

“Thanks.” Ty waved off the compliment. “So anyway, once I

figured out what I could cook, I started thinking about Qu—nothing in

particular, and I started getting a little….” Ty huffed out a heavy

breath, his shoulders slumping as he struggled to get his thoughts in

order.

“It’s okay, Ty,” Blake encouraged in a low, even voice. Ty’s

irritation at Quinn was seeping back into his eyes and the way he held

his body, and Blake redirected the man’s thoughts quickly before the

seed of anger could grow. “Just start where you started thinking about
