These include in‐house innovations via ING Labs and partnering with fintechs and investing in fintechs via ING Ventures, the venture capital arm of ING. ING Ventures is a €300 million fund that targets disruptive technologies and helps entrepreneurs with hands‐on support, know‐how, scaling expertise and access to the bank's distribution network. ING has Labs in four cities around the world (Amsterdam, Brussels, London and Singapore), where the bank partners with others to bring disruptive ideas to market by combining its knowledge and network with their knowledge and skills. The bank has developed its own innovation framework called PACE, which is used to scale‐up its most successful projects.
