She didn’t tell anyone of the strange man until they had returned to California and felt better and she had mentioned him to her husband and Dr. Parker on a number of occasions, she opinioned that was why Dr. Parker mentioned it to me, she hadn’t expected him to do that. I asked Mrs. Harter if she could remember him well enough to give me a description and she supplied a very good description of him, and his clothing. According to Mrs. Harter she could identify him again...I laid out the photos over the same bed that I had used when interviewing Dr Parker. She looked over the batch of photos and picked up the line up photo and held it, then she picked up the booking photos of Theodore and continued looking over the photos, then she looked at the photos she picked up and told me that, pointing to Theodore in the lineup photo that that was the strange man she had seen next to the elevator. I asked if she was sure, she said yes she was. I had her initial each photo that she identified and date them. I asked if she knew any of the other people depicted in the photos still laying on the bed, she looked for a few moments and told me “no.” I had Mrs. Harter walk me through her entire walk for the soup, she was adamant about the strange man and where he stood, and how he looked, she didn’t like him she said. I returned to the room with Mrs. Harter and thanked them all for the time apologizing for the interruption of their day.
