Pour 1 ½ cups of water into the pressure cooking pot; lay the trivet in the bottom. Now lower the pan into the pressure cooker.

Next, lock the cooker’s lid in place. Select HIGH setting and set the timer for 60 minutes. Now release the pressure using the cold water release method.

Next, make the Rum Sauce by adding sugar and butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; cook for about 2 minutes. Add heavy cream, rum, and allspice; let your sauce simmer until it thickens slightly. Serve right away and enjoy!
