Myrna could not stop staring at the other patients in the waiting room, they were definitely not the kind of people that one would think can afford plastic surgery. One of them was dressed in housekeeping uniform from the Four Seasons hotel and another looked like she was a teacher, but what they all had in common were large breasts. The rest of their bodies seemed to be untouched from the looks of it. Myrna could not fathom why a maid would have her breasts enlarged when her face was in need of an overhaul.

“Good god, if I had a nose like that I would start filing down the bridge,” she mumbled under her breath, peeking over the top of the magazine she was reading.

Everything else seemed to be in place, though; the Clinic was spotless and the décor was extremely high-end. The fact that the receptionist wore real diamond studs proved to Myrna that Dr. Lewinsky must be one of the best surgeons. Someone’s mobile rang and she watched the maid rummage through her handbag retrieving a Nokia 3310.

“What the fuck, you got silicon tits but you can’t get a decent mobile?” said Myrna, forgetting herself for a moment but the teacher quickly replied.

“Dr. Lewinsky is very generous, some of the women here had a mastectomy and he reconstructed their breasts for them for free. So everything you see and think is not always what you see or think.”

“Oh, I’m sorry…I didn’t mean too,” Myrna blushed, “I’m sorry, okay”

“It’s okay, I’m not offended,” the maid placed her mobile in her bag, “You’re not the first one to notice, after all I’m just a maid.”

Myrna felt embarrassed to her core, as this poor woman had already suffered so much, she wanted to kick herself in the shins for speaking up without thinking. When the nurse called Myrna into the doctor’s consulting room, she jumped up, eager to be out of everyone’s sight.

Dr. Lewinsky was an ordinary looking man, the only thing that Myrna noticed was that he had a very nice tan, which definitely was not fake, but she doubted he was the sunbed type and sparkly white perfect teeth. It looked more like he spent a lot of time in the outdoors and she assumed he must be a sporty person, playing tennis on his off days.

“Mrs. Bent, nice to meet you,” he said with a broad smile of trust, “Have seat please.”

“I’m so happy, Dr. Lewinsky that you made time to see me and I have to say I’m very impressed with what the ladies told me about you,” she said eagerly.

“Oh and what did the ladies have to say,” for a moment he looked a little cautious.

“They have nothing but praises for your work and kind heartedness, Dr. Lewinsky,” she quickly replied.

“Well, I’m glad they are happy with my work,” he relaxed, “Please call me Sydney,” he smiled.

Sydney did a full physical on Myrna before even asking her what she would like to have done and afterwards
