20. Chocolate Salami

You have never tasted salami like this, and your guests are sure to be amazed at the presentation and the taste. Try serving this dessert with some dry white wine and fruit on the side.

Preparation Time-15 minutes

Servings-6

Ingredients

7 ounces crushed tea biscuits

4 ounces melted butter

1 large egg

2 ½ ounces dark cocoa powder

2 ounces white sugar

1/2 ounce Nutella

Directions

1. Combine biscuits, egg, butter, cocoa and sugar together in a bowl and mix until the consistency is that of a stiff dough

2. Add Nutella and stir

3. Transfer mixture from the bowl to a piece of parchment paper

4. Mold the dough into a log-shape and roll parchment paper around the log

5. Chill for 6 hours or freeze for 3 hours

6. Slice the salami on a serving dish and serve
