Chapter Twenty-Four

Never has anything felt so good. “Sean,” I moan as his tongue swipes against my clit again.

He does it again, and everything turns tight and tingly. I could wake up this way every day and never have a single thing to complain about.

A few hours ago, we made love. It was soft, sweet, and filled me with so much happiness I could burst. We fell asleep in each other’s arms, and what I thought was an erotic dream, turned out to be Sean spreading my legs and bringing me to climax in my sleep.

There is no light in the room other than the slivers of moonlight that filter through the window. I can’t see him, but I feel him everywhere.

“Please, baby, I can’t take much more,” I say between heavy breaths.

“Let’s see if that’s true.”

My eyes close, and I focus on the immense pleasure. Sean brings me higher, so much so that I can see the peak, but then he stops, kissing the inside of my thigh.

I force myself not to complain since the last time I did, he made me wait longer.

I don’t want to wait.

Thankfully, he doesn’t. He goes back in, licking harder, his tongue making circles that drive the build faster than he had before. It’s like a train, barreling toward me so fast that it won’t be able to stop before it runs me over.

My heart races, and every muscle in my body goes taught. Everything feels uncomfortable and twitchy before his finger slides deeply into me, and I fall apart.

I scream his name, back arching off the bed as I get swept away by the most intense pleasure I’ve ever felt.

And then he’s over me, sliding into me, pushing at a pace that is hard and unrelenting. I love it. I love his power, his strength, and the fierce way he’s giving himself to me.

I take it, wanting him to give me everything he is.

“Sean!” I yell as he pounds harder.

“I love you.”

“I love you.”

“God, I need you,” he grunts.

“You have me.”

Sean grabs my hips and tilts my body so he can reach deeper. My fingers grip his shoulders, needing to hold on because I feel like I’m falling apart. It’s too much. The pressure, wild and chaotic, begins to build again.

“I can’t do this again.” My voice is strained as I fight off another orgasm. My body is already too spent. It’ll kill me.

He thrusts his hips forward harder as his finger finds my clit. “Yes, you can.”

The musky scent of our lovemaking fills the room, and he pushes harder. “Please, it’s too much.”

“It’s never enough, Devney. Never. I need you. Give yourself to me, let me catch you.”

The deep need in his voice has me relinquishing my tenuous control, and he increases the pressure and starts to move again.

Two.

Three more pumps of his hips, and I’m gone. I fall apart, unable to hold on to reality any longer. My head thrashes from side to side, fingernails digging and scoring the flesh on his back, needing him to anchor me to this world.
