½ Cup of Confectioner’s Sugar

1/3 Cup of Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened

1/3 Cup of Butter, Soft and Melted

2 Cups of Chocolate Chips, Semi Sweet Variety

3 Packs of Cream Cheese, Cooled To Room Temp.

1 Can of Milk, Sweetened and Condensed

4 Eggs, Large in Size and Beaten

2 teaspoons of Vanilla, Pure
