Team outcomes
The reason for a team to exist is to create an outcome. Your business will ultimately be judged on results, and the buck stops with the leadership team and how it is led by the MD or CEO. Doing all the other things really well in the model will culminate in good outcomes and results. If you have a strong, well-articulated purpose and some shorter-term goals and targets, if you have created a safe environment where people feel supported and cared for, if you have encouraged and built trust in the team, if you have cultivated regular and challenging conversations, and if you end all meetings with a confirmation of your commitments and accountabilities, then you will get the results you deserve.
