By now youâre sensing a theme, right? Find a form of exercise that makes you happy and works for your life. Two things we know for sure: you need to move, and you need to maintain muscle mass in order to maintain health and well-being throughout your life. In the next two sections weâll talk about two ways you can accomplish that without having to spend much time or money. In fact, they are two of the most accessible activities around. You can incorporate them into your day and do them in short bursts of time, making it entirely possible to do what every doctor in America wants you to do: move it.
So, letâs dig into why walking isnât just for old people, and lifting weights isnât just for bodybuilders at the gym.
