Cheesy Crispy Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 pork chops (¾-thick)

1 egg

½ cup coarsely ground almonds

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.

Beat the egg in a bowl. Combine the almonds and cheese in a separate bowl.

Dip the chops in egg, and then coat in the cheese mixture on all sides.

Put the pork in the air fryer for 14 minutes, turning halfway through.

Check the doneness of pork chops with a meat thermometer - internal temperature should be 145°.

Remove from the air fryer and let the chops rest for 10-15 minutes on a plate before serving.
