Enoch was translated alive to heaven in his physical body (Gen. 5:24; Heb. 11:5)

Elijah was transported to heaven in a chariot of fire in his physical body (2 Kings 2:11)

Jesus was lifted into heaven in His glorified body (Acts 1:9)

The saints who were raised with Christ were taken to heaven at some point (Matt. 27:52)

The Bible teaches that if some do not believe, their unbelief cannot prevent the Word of God from being true (see Rom. 3:3-4). The skepticism that emitted from Lot’s sons-in-law at Lot’s warning did not prevent fireballs from striking Sodom the following morning (Gen. 19:14). Likewise, the unbelief of multitudes did not restrain the floodwaters from swallowing every living thing. The unbelief of Joseph’s brothers toward Joseph’s dreams did not prevent Joseph from fulfilling his destiny. The unbelief in Christ’s day may have hindered fabulous miracles, such as in Nazareth (Matt. 13:54-58), but the unbelief of many Pharisees could not prevent God’s purpose in Christ from being fulfilled at the cross and the resurrection.

Neither will the unbelief of the world hinder the return of the Messiah. The Methuselah cipher reveals to us that although the word of God has set the time and flow of events to occur in the coming Great Tribulation, God will and is giving the Gentile nations a “space of time to repent” (Rev. 2:21), giving the people an opportunity to “escape the wrath to come” (Luke 21:36).
