Papaya topped with berries and passionfruit

Serves 1

1 small red papaya

150 g (5½ oz/1 cup) strawberries, raspberries or blueberries

pulp from 2 passionfruit

100 g (3½ oz/heaped ⅓ cup) low-fat plain yoghurt or 50 g (1¾ oz/heaped ¼ cup) cottage cheese, to serve

Cut the papaya in half lengthways and remove the seeds. Fill the papaya halves with the berries and spoon over the passionfruit pulp. Serve with yoghurt or cottage cheese.

Note I also like to do the same with a chilled honeydew melon or rockmelon using fresh blueberries, low-fat vanilla yoghurt and a handful of raw almonds.
