Instructions:

Put potatoes in a big pot and pour enough salted water in to cover. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, and cover. Cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.

Mash potatoes when they are cool enough to handle, and mix in cream cheese, cheddar, cayenne, bacon, and garlic. Mash or stir until well combined.

Garnish with parmesan before serving.
