"So your dad's not totally freaking out that I'm moving in?" Chris handed a box to Ben.

It had been two weeks since they're get-together at The Regency. They'd talked on the phone every night and had both come to the conclusion, they wanted to be closer together. Geographically and physically.

"Nope. Once I explained to him that I never intended to marry Marlene, that I want to be with someone who's real, and who I can actually carry on a conversation with, he calmed down."

"How about the whole us being, you know, stepbrother and sister."

"Dad's pretty open-minded. He doesn't much care what the neighbors think. Anyway, you'll be living in the main house, I'll be living in my little hut back there." He pointed to the back of the estate.

Chris squinted and looked off in the distance. It would take some getting used to the vastness of this place. "Mom's pretty cool with us too. She told me to take it slow, make sure this is what I want."

He set the box down and wiped a hand across his sweaty forehead. "Is this what you want?"

She smiled. The guy looked absolutely fine even when dripping wet. His musky smell reached her, making her girl parts tighten.

"Yes, it is. We will take it slow. But I've got a good feeling about us."

He caressed her arm, his touch still sending fireworks shooting in her mind. Yeah, this is what she wanted. At last.
