Julienne the pepperoni, turkey, ham, and salami then place them in large-sized salad bowl. Cut the celery, roast peppers and green onions; add them to the bowl. Chop & add both types of olives & add to the bowl as well. Add the pesto and Italian dressing; toss well until nicely mixed.

Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water per the directions, until done; drain & place in the salad bowl as well. Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta; gently toss the ingredients. Place the assorted lettuce with pizza cheeses, spinach, diced onions and ripe Roma tomatoes on cold platter (leaving some space in the center for pasta). Add the tossed hot Romanelli salad mixture; pile in the middle of your platter. Add in the shredded parmesan or Asiago to garnish.
